About the Company
Vacation Rental Property Management Corp. was formed in 2005 to create an environment,
in which, to match homeowners with prospective vacationers looking to
satisfy the overall vacation experience.
The first step in our process has been to develop an online listing of
available rental properties in popular vacation destinations. Unlike
other vacation rental websites, however, we also felt the need to
provide potential renters with recreational information regarding the
property area prior to booking their vacation. Our site includes
listings of local restaurants, shopping, indoor and outdoor activities,
and entertainment. We believe this information will aid the vacation
renter in planning a fun filled vacation in their desired vacation
region, before they ever leave their home.
The combination of vacation property listings, the ability to
communicate with potential vacation property owners, and listing of
local attractions and activities provides an easy avenue for families
to select a desirable rental property and plan their vacation well
before they arrive at the vacation destination.
Vacation Rental Property Management Corp. has the unique capability to allow property
owners to list their vacation properties on our website at no cost. We
provide property owners with the ability to list their properties at no
charge, so as to not exclude property owners that wouldn't have the
means to pay the high annual fees most vacation rental sites require.
This will allow for an even greater number of vacation property options
for potential renters to review.
About the Team
Vacation Rental Property Management Corp. was created when two families, with many
years of experience renting multiple vacation properties came together
to provide a better online vacationing experience. We felt that current
online vacation rental sites were providing only a small piece of the
overall vacation rental experience. Our goal at Vacation Rental Property Management Corp. is to provide a vacation planning experience from the beginning
step of renting a vacation property straight through to the very last
meal, or event, the renter will attend while on vacation.
Together our two families have the rental experience, technical
expertise, and business expertise to bring all of the above together to
form the worlds best vacation planning site.
